All users must conduct themselves respectfully and follow all applicable laws. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will result in account termination.
6. Payment and Fees
Ride fees are calculated based on distance, time, and demand. Payment is processed through our secure payment partners.
7. Limitation of Liability
VibX is a platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not liable for actions of drivers or riders, though we implement safety measures and verification processes.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of VibX services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
